1. General

• StickyFigures.net (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates this website and provides laser-cut wooden character sculptures for purchase.
• By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of these changes.

2. Orders & Payments

• All prices listed are in USD unless otherwise specified.
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
• Orders are only processed once payment has been received.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.
• Cancelation or order modification requests after processing has begun cannot be guaranteed. Should an order be placed in error or require modification, contact us at biz@stickywhimsy.com with your name, shipping address, and order number. If any requested modifications to the order result in a change of order price, customer agrees to tender payment of any amounts due and understands that order will not be shipped until payment is tendered in full.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery times vary based on shipping method and location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may result in additional fees or lost packages.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged. Customers are responsible for approving customization and ensuring accuracy. Returns will not be accepted due to errors provided by purchaser
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

5. Product Information & Disclaimer

• Our products are made from natural wood, and variations in grain, color, or texture are normal. As a result, each item is individualized, and the product you receive may vary slightly from the photo on the website. All efforts are made to ensure consistency and provide the highest product quality. These variations are not considered defects
• Laser-cut wooden items may have slight imperfections or burn marks due to the cutting process.
• While we take care to accurately describe and photograph our products, actual items may appear slightly different due to screen settings and natural material differences.
• Our wooden figures are not toys and may contain small parts. They are not suitable for young children or pets.
• ALLERGEN DISCLAIMER: Products may be treated with natural beeswax.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, text, and branding on StickyFigures.net are owned by us and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• StickyFigures.net is not responsible for injuries or damages, or losses caused by use or misuse of our products. You assume all risks, patent or latent, relating to utilization of our products.
• Our wooden figures are not toys and may contain small parts. They are not suitable for young children or pets.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased. Under no circumstances is StickyFigures.net or Sticky Whimsy LLC liable for any amount exceeding the product purchase price, not including any tax or shipping costs.

• Payment details are handled securely through third-party payment processors and are not stored on our servers.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. You acknowledge, understand, and accept that the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and/or Luzerne Counties, are the sole proper jurisdictions and venues for resolution of any disputes that may arise between customer and StickyFigures.net or Sticky Whimsy LLC. Customer acknowledges and accepts that should they bring suit against StickyFigures.net or Sticky Whimsy LLC, they will be responsible for defense costs associated with same, regardless of the outcome of the suit.
