Our Return Policy
We want you to love your Sticky Figures! If you’re not satisfied with your order, here’s what you need to know:
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition.
- Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless damaged or defective. Customers are responsible for approving customization and ensuring accuracy. Returns will not be accepted if customization provided is consistent with request provided by customer.
- Buyers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at biz@stickywhimsy.com within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right!
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at biz@stickywhimsy.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for payment of exchange shipping costs unless due to StickyFigures.net error, and exchanges will be mailed only after payment of shipping costs. StickyFigures.net will invoice exchange shipping costs as expeditiously as possible.
